To order a portrait I need a high-resolution and clear photograph to be able to produce the best portrait possible. I understand in some cases this is difficult or impossible.
When you confirm size and medium used we will set a timescale for completion of the drawing. Small non – refundable deposit must then be paid to secure the booking.
I will let you know when I start the drawing and will send regular photo updates to insure you are happy with the progress.
Once the drawing is completed and you are 100% satisfied the remaining balance + shipping cost needs to be paid. Drawing is then shipped and tracking number provided.
